		<description>Agreed mister! I&#039;m one of the hand full of people who go to work early where I am and it really pays off. We don&#039;t have a flexi system at my studio but I find going in early means I&#039;ll get more done and that I wont feel guilty about going home the moment the clock hits 5:30. If I ever work somewhere with flexi hours I&#039;ll be there before 8am every day :D</description>
